ugh the past 3 days I’ve been having kind of a rough time. Diet and exercise wise I’ve been doing great. Until 3 days ago. It wasn’t a binge, or a slip up, or anything like usual. I was just over come with a horrible depression, I still am. I’ve spent the past three days in bed, barely eating. It’s hard not to fall back into old habits. So I think I’m just going to re-do week 2 of couch to 5k and hope things are better tomorrow :/
